Paper Abstract:

Purpose of this research was to study innovative trends on network communication models in Thailand during B.E. 2545-
2550 by using Delphi Technique. Samples chosen for this study were 19 experts. Data collection instruments were a
semi-structured interview form and questionnaires with rating scales. Data were statistically analyzed by using mode,
medium, and interquartile range. The study results could be summarized as follows. 1) Objectives of e-Learning were to
be supplementary learning. Instruction method was simulation. Learning method emphasized on text online. Interactive
was asynchronous mode. Educational model was Web-Delivered course. Users were learners. Learning Management
System would be content management. Medias were composed of text, sound, and search-engine. Students
qualifications were self-discipline and time management. Instructors qualifications were capability to transmit
knowledge via technology. Benefit of this method could save time and economical transportation cost. Constraints and
problems were budget and personnel. 2) The objective of e-Government was to access information and different services
from the government. Then, its component was readiness of country leader. Services were delivered from government to
government. The electronics services would be the payment gateway. The system was as identity card, registration, and
income tax. The users were people. The benefits were different kinds of services selections via internet. Main concerns
would be correctness, modernity, safety, and reliable information. 3) The objective of e-Commerce was to minimize time
and marketing process. The components were calculation system and safety payment of goods. Its model could be the
transaction between buyers and sellers or goods distribution from retailers to customers. The process was the electronics
market. Factors concerned would be reliability and trustworthy from the users to the service providers. Service type was
trading stock. The users were customers, banks and merchants. The benefits of this method were goods and services
improvement at all time. Technical constraints would be safety and reliability. Problems were the consumers trustworthy
towards service providers. |
