Paper Abstract:
|
In this paper we present an experience around the planning and development of an in-depth case study in information systems procurement in a context of public administration. The design of the case, the inherent characteristics of the public sector, and the utility of the CADQAS tools constitute the main aspects covered. Usually, the results of an in-depth case study analysis are a) its own description and b) the conclusions of future utility that can be extracted. Additionally, we believe that the description that we have done of the process and of the experience can also be of methodological utility for other researchers in similar situations. |
