Paper Abstract:
|
Virtual Reality (VR) technology is being used as a tool in a range of sectors, including emotional research and academia. To date, research has investigated the efficacy of virtual reality in a variety of emotional-related health treatments, learning phobia therapy, and the provision of virtual support to students throughout the globe. The immersive environments and experiences of virtual reality have a significant psychological influence on VR users. The emotional state is related to a person's educational background. Therefore, it would be intriguing to explore the effect of virtual reality on the emotional states of learners. The emotional impact of VR-3D learning environments is investigated in this study. It employs neurophysiological techniques, such as the Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), semi-structured interviews, and self-reporting questionnaires, to evaluate the emotional states, VR experiences, and other behavioral elements of students. The participants in the research were asked to engage in virtual reality learning situations, and their physiological responses were recorded simultaneously. According to the findings, Virtual 3D-Environments in educational settings may aid students in reducing stress and evoking positive emotions, resulting in an enhanced learning experience. |
