Paper Abstract:
|
The conventional navigation retrieval generally matches according to keywords and recommends information for users without considering their preferences. The ever-increasing descriptions of the Points of Interested (POIs) have made the interest-aware retrieval difficult. And even if the users get the preferable POIs, they are still confused about the route plan in journeys. In our research, to filter out the non-preferable POIs, the new preference-oriented navigation framework has been proposed. To estimate the region-based acquisition of travel, the POIs are clustered and evaluated via their multiple attributes. Moreover, to recommend the route provides the most valuable points with the lowest cost to the user, the traditional cost from distance as well as the opportunity cost of route selection is converted into the factors of designing the cluster-based routing algorithms. The efficiency of the proposed new algorithm xu-GSA was verified through the simulation experiments and its superiority on balancing the preferences between the approximate value and distance has been emerged through the comparison with the Multi-level Hierarchical Algorithm and the Gradient-based Nearest Neighbor Algorithm which had performed the decent class on routing. |
