Paper Abstract:
|
In most software development projects, requirements elicitation and changes throughout a project are the most serious causes of schedule delays. We examined the requirements elicitation processes from the development history data of actual projects. As a result, we clarified three types of requirements elicitation processes. Furthermore, we extracted typical PM (Project Management) techniques to prevent schedule delays caused by requirements elicitation. We arranged the techniques as PM patterns. This paper describes and discusses our research into an arrangement method for PM patterns and an improved two-dimensional PM pattern framework using system development engineering processes. |
