Paper Abstract:

The current eCommerce as it appears today cannot offer to users a trustworthy product recommendation or sound business processes which include meaningful users profiles and resources on the Web. The semantic Web comes as an answer giving new opportunity to conventional eCommerce. In this article, we propose a concept framework whose main contribution is the creation of a versatile Semantic Virtual Machine (SVM) which achieves reasoning, matching and meaningful recommendations. As an illustration, we implemented an online credit card recommendation tool for a local bank of the province Québec, Canada. |
