This work refers to the quality criteria for cultural sites accessible over the web.
Quality criteria indent to provide metrics for evaluating the quality of a cultural site on the web and to direct and support the process of design and development of a cultural web site. The presented criteria are separated into five broad categories:
Presentation of the site.
Content of the site. Policy.
Design and usability.
