Paper Abstract:
|
This research sought to understand the perspectives of tech-savvy administrators as to how they learned what they know
and how they lead their schools in the 21st century. Looking through the lens of Fullan (1991), a mixed-methods survey
gathered these leaders perspectives. Overall, most leaders are not prepared to implement technology systemically in their
school unless they learn on their own and have a dedication to these changes. They promote their staff members
implementation through professional development, being a role model, and purposefully setting goals for their school. |
