Paper Abstract:
|
Australias largest higher education institution, Monash University, offers a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education to its academic teaching staff. This course is in the process of being re-imagined and redesigned to make it available to higher education staff outside Monash using a personalised eLearning approach. This paper shares the practice-oriented story of two academic educational developers, focusing on how their engagement with eLearning possibilities and strategies has led to the development of a unique personalised learning environment (PLE)). |
