Paper Abstract:
|
In this study, e-government studies in Turkey have been observed and analyzed in details. To move e-government
application for overall Turkey, there might be some problems to use and integrate current applications of public
institutions. In this study, these problems have been investigated and solutions have been proposed. E-government
applications of Portugal, United States, and Singapore have been observed and compared with studies in Turkey. Services
which have been done by public institutions via their web sites have been investigated in details and how they can be
integrated was discussed and some proposals have been given to establish the e-government successfully as soon as
possible. |
